Urgent! PhD position in Italy

I'm urgently looking for a good PhD candidate that should start his/her 
PhD at the end of January 2011.

This PhD student would be involved in a European Marie Curie - Initial  Training Network, and would work and study in a stimulating international environment involving 10 academic and 2 industrial partners. Aim of our part of the project is to train joung researchers in the field of the simulations of Nanowires with application as sensors and energy harvesting systems.

Note that the EU requires that the candidate must not have worked in Italy  for more that 12 months in the last 4 years.
